  1. Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. 
  2. Remove from the heat. 
  3. Stir in the dried hibiscus. 
  4. Steep for 15 minutes. 
  5. Strain the tea into a pitcher. 
  6. Add the lemon juice and honey and stir to combine. 
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use. 
  8. Serve with ice.
