How to Make Grilled Jalapenos
- Grill the Jalapeños: Preheat grill to medium-high heat, then arrange jalapeños in a single layer over direct heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until charred.

- Cool & Peel: Transfer jalapeños to a ziplock bag, close, and let cool. Once cooled, wear gloves to carefully remove the skin.

- Season & Serve: Season with lime juice, salt, olive oil, or minced garlic to taste and serve.

- 1 pound jalapenos
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
- Arrange the jalapenos in a single layer over direct heat.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until charred.
- Transfer the jalapeños to a ziplock bag.
- Close the bag.
- Let the peppers cool completely.
- Wearing glove, carefully remove the skin from the peppers.
- Season to your liking and serve.
- You can use lime juice, salt, olive oil, minced garlic etc.
