Lebanese Garlic Sauce (aka. Toum)

  1. Add the garlic and 4 tablespoon of oil to a food processor or a blender and process until mixture become creamy. 
  2. While the motor is running, slowly add the oil and alternate with a lemon juice. 
  3. Continue on with this process until you have used up the oil entirely and the garlic sauce has thickened and increased in volume. 
  4. Transfer to a jars. 
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
