Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. Squeeze the roasted garlic out of paper shell of individual cloves. 
  2. Mash the roasted garlic with fork. Set aside. 
  3. Bring a large pot with salted water to a boil over high heat. 
  4. Add the potatoes and reduce the heat to medium.  
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender. 
  6. Drain the potatoes. 
  7. Mash the potatoes with potato masher. 
  8. Add the roasted garlic, sour cream, butter and half and half and mix to combine. 
  9. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. 
  10. Serve warm.
