How to Make Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream

  1. Blend and Freeze. Blend heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and ground pistachios until smooth. Pour into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  2. Prepare Topping. Toast kadaif pastry in melted butter until golden and crispy, then let it cool.

  3. Process and Serve. Use the Ninja Creami to ice cream the frozen mixture. Make a small hole in the center, add the toasted kadaif, and mix in. Drizzle melted milk chocolate on top, freeze 10 minutes to set, then serve with extra chocolate and pistachios.

Make-Ahead and Storage Instructions

To Make-Ahead: Blend the ice cream base and freeze in the Ninja Creami pint for 24 hours. Toast the kadaif pastry ahead of time and store it in an airtight container at room temperature.

To Store: After making the ice cream, keep it sealed in the pint container in the freezer. Enjoy within 1 week for best texture and flavor.

Ninja Creami Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream

This Ninja Creami Dubai chocolate ice cream tastes exactly like the viral dessert Dubai chocolate with pistachios and pistachio cream, and is so, so good.

Ingredients 

  • cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz unsalted pistachios, ground
  • 1 oz kadaif pastry
  • 1 tsp butter
  • ¼ cup chopped milk chocolate

Instructions 

  • In a blender, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and ground pistachios. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami Deluxe pint container.
  • Seal and freeze for 24 hours, until fully solid.
  • In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add the kadaif pastry and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until golden and crispy. Let it cool.
  • Remove the pint from the freezer and run it through the Ice Cream function on your Ninja Creami.
  • Make a small hole in the center of the ice cream (without reaching the bottom) and fill it with the toasted kadaif. Use the Mix-Ins (Extras) function to incorporate it.
  • Pour melted milk chocolate over the surface of the ice cream and return the pint to the freezer for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate sets.
  • Scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones.
  • Drizzle with extra melted chocolate and sprinkle with ground pistachios for a stunning and delicious finish.
