  1. Sauté the aromatics. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook 4–5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cayenne, and cook for 30 seconds.

Ingredients 

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
