How to Make Cotton Candy Fudge

  1. Melt and Mix. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter together. Stir constantly until smooth and glossy. Remove from the heat and mix in the cotton candy flavoring.

  2. Color and Swirl. Divide the fudge mixture into two bowls. Tint one half pink and the other blue. Drop spoonfuls of each color into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan, then use a knife to gently swirl the colors together. Add sprinkles on top if you want a little extra fun.

  3. Set and Serve. Let the fudge cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for about 2 hours or until it’s firm enough to cut. Slice into squares and serve.

Cotton Candy Fudge Make-Ahead, Storage and Freezing Instructions

To Make-Ahead: Want to plan ahead? Whip up the fudge a couple of days before you need it. Once it’s set, keep it covered in the fridge until you’re ready to slice and share.

To Store: Keep your fudge in an airtight container. It’ll last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

To Freeze: You can freeze the fudge too! Once it’s firm, layer the pieces between parchment in a freezer-safe container. Store for up to 3 months, then thw in the fridge before serving.

This cotton candy fudge is so yummy and kids (and adults) absolutely love it! Here's how to make it.

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tsp cotton candy flavoring
  • pink gel food coloring
  • blue gel food coloring
  • sprinkles, optional

Instructions 

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Place the pan over low heat.
  • Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Add the cotton candy flavoring and stir to combine.
  • Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  • Add a few drops of pink gel food coloring to one bowl and stir until evenly colored.
  • Add a few drops of blue gel food coloring to the other bowl and stir until evenly colored.
  • Pour both mixtures alternately into the prepared pan.
  • Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together.
  • Top with sprinkles, if desired.
  • Let the fudge cool at room temperature until set, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cut into squares before serving.
