Make-Ahead, Storage and Freezing Instructions
To Make-Ahead: Form the dough balls and coat them in cinnamon-sugar, then cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Bake when ready, adding the warm cream right before they go into the oven.
To Store: Keep baked cinnamon roll bites in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 day or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Warm briefly before serving.
To Freeze: Freeze unbaked dough balls (before adding cream) on a sheet pan until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator, add the cream, bake, and glaze as usual.

Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
For the coating:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup heavy cream, warm
For the glaze:
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and vanilla, stir until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into small bite-sized balls.
- Place the dough balls in a large bowl.
- Pour melted butter over them, and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered dough balls.
- Gently toss again so each ball is evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated balls in a single layer in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Brush the bites with warmed heavy cream.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle over the warm bites and serve immediately.
