Servings: 1.5 cups


  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 medium jalapeno, sliced
  • 2 tsp sliced ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp sugar or honey
  • salt to taste


  • Add all the ingredients to a small food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Season to taste with salt.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Chutney will keep 4 days in the fridge.


Make sure to use fresh ingredients to ensure a longer overall shelf life for the chutney.
