How to Make Cilantro Lime Tea 

  1. Boil water. Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Steep the cilantro in the hot water. Let the cilantro steep for 10 minutes.

  3. Strain the tea. Remove all of the cilantro leaves.
  4. Add lime juice. Stir in the lime juice and mix well.
  5. Serve. Pour over ice or serve hot. 

Make Ahead and Reheating Instructions: 

  • To Make Ahead: You can prepare a batch of cilantro lime tea ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to two days.
  • To Reheat: Simply reheat the tea in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.

Instructions

  • Strain the leaves.
  • Add the lime juice and serve.
  • You can serve it sweetened or unsweetened.

Notes

Steep the cilantro for no more than 15 minutes, otherwise the flavor of the tea will turn bitter.
