  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

  • salt to taste
  • 8 tortillas, warmed

For assembling:

  • 1 ½ cups cilantro lime slaw
  • 1/3 cilantro lime sauce


  • Add the lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, garlic and cumin to a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Season to taste with salt.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the shrimps and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until opaque.
  • Fill the taco shells with the slaw and shrimps.
