How to Make Cilantro Lime Salmon 

  1. Prepare the marinade. Combine the lime juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, melted butter, honey, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.

  2. Prepare the salmon. Place on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Marinate the salmon. Evenly coat each fillet on both sides.

  4. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes. Broil for another 5 minutes. .
  5. Garnish then serve warm.

  • To Make Ahead: Prepare the marinade in advance and marinate the salmon for up to 2 hours before baking.
  • To Store: Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

  • Add the lime juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, butter, honey, garlic and cilantro to a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Season the salmon with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Place the salmon on the prepared sheet.
  • Drizzle with cilantro mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes then broil for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
