  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ red onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tbsp chili power
  • 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 packets instant ramen noodles


  • To make the sauce, add the cilantro, garlic, red onion, sugar, curry and chili powder to a heat proof bowl and stir to combine.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot
  • Add the oil to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and lime juice and stir well.
  • Cook the noodles following packet instructions.
  • Drain the noodles.
  • Add the noodles to the bowl and toss o coat.
  • Serve warm.


To avoid soggy noodles, follow the packet instructions and toss in the sauce right before serving.
