  • Absolutely delicious: This dressing is so light; it goes with absolutely everything without being too creamy or overpowering.

Cilantro Lime Dressing Ingredients

  • Cilantro – For the base, most of the flavor comes from the fresh cilantro. It tastes mildly citrusy and peppery, but nothing too pungent.
  • Lime Juice – For the tangy, acidic element, you’ll be using lime juice. Limes tend to be slightly more bitter compared to lemon, but it goes perfectly with this dressing.
  • Olive Oil – Salad dressings can be oil-based or cream-based, so for this recipe, it uses olive oil.
  • Honey – Honey helps to dial back the acidity and to balance out the other flavors in the dressing.
  • Flavorings – Honey, ground coriander, sea salt, garlic cloves.
