How to Make Churro Cheesecake Bars
- Prep the Crust. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle half of it into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, then lay one sheet of crescent dough on top and gently press it down.

- Add the Filling. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, then place the second sheet of crescent dough on top. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar evenly over the surface.

- Bake and Serve. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and puffed up. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars. Store covered in the fridge for up to four days, or freeze for up to two months.
Churro Cheesecake Bars Make-Ahead, Storage and Freezing Instructions
To Make-Ahead: Want to get ahead? You can put the bars together a day before baking—just cover and keep them in the fridge. Pop them in the oven right before serving for that perfectly crisp churro layer.
To Store: Keep your baked cheesecake bars covered in the fridge for up to 4 days. They’re delicious cold but just as good at room temp.
To Freeze: After cooling, freeze the bars in a single layer until solid. Move them to a freezer-safe container and store for up to 2 months. When you’re ready to serve, thaw them in the fridge overnight.
