- Combine. Mix the peanut butter with the melted chocolate and process until well combined. Transfer to a jar and seal with a lid.


Make-Ahead and Freezing Instructions
To Make Ahead: Homemade chocolate peanut butter will last for up to a month in the refrigerator. Take it out 30 minutes before use to soften it for easy spreading.
To Freeze: Chocolate peanut butter can also be frozen for up to a year. Freeze the peanut butter in ice trays for easy defrosting later. Once frozen, store the peanut butter ice cubes in a freezer-safe bag with the air removed.

- 2 cups dry peanuts raw, unsalted
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add the chocolate to microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high in 30-second increments until smooth, stirring in between every 30 seconds. Set aside.
- Place the peanuts in a food processor fitted with S blade.
- Process for 10-12 minutes or until creamy, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.
- Add the melted chocolate and process until well combined.
- Transfer into a jar and cover with a lid.
