How to Make Caramel Apple Fudge

  1. Melt and Mix. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate, butter, condensed milk, sugar, and apple juice together. Stir constantly until everything is smooth and blended. Try not to let it boil, or it can get a bit grainy.

  2. Add the Flavor. Stir in the ground freeze-dried apples and cinnamon until they’re mixed in evenly. Pour the warm mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan and spread it out so the top is smooth.

  3. Swirl and Set. Drizzle the dulce de leche over the fudge and use a knife or toothpick to swirl it gently through the top. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until it’s firm enough to cut into squares.
