How to Make Caramel Apple Bark
- Prep the Chocolate Bark Base. Toss chopped apples with lemon juice. Melt milk chocolate with coconut oil until smooth, then spread it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

- Add Toppings. Scatter apples over the chocolate, sprinkle crushed pretzels, and press gently. Drizzle with melted caramel and extra melted chocolate.

- Chill & Serve. Refrigerate 30–40 minutes until set, then break into pieces and enjoy.
Make-Ahead and Freezing Instructions
To Make-Ahead: Assemble the bark completely and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
To Store: Keep the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Because of the fresh apples, it needs to stay chilled.
To Freeze: Freezing isn’t recommended for this recipe—the apples will release moisture and become mushy once thawed.
