How Long Does Fresh Cantaloupe Juice Stay Fresh?

The short answer is: it depends. Fresh cantaloupe juice can stay fresh for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. However, if you leave it sitting out at room temperature, it will only stay fresh for a few hours.

It is best to consume the juice as soon as possible to ensure maximum freshness. Otherwise, transfer it to individual freezer-safe containers and freeze it until you’re ready to drink it. When stored in the freezer, fresh cantaloupe juice can last for 2 to 3 months.
