5-Minute Broccoli with Garlic Sauce

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- ¾ cup hot chicken stock
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp chili oil
- pinch of ground white pepper
- To make the sauce, in a glass measuring cup or bowl add all the ingredients and whisk to combine.
- Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sauce and cook until the sauce is thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice
