- Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 350℉.
- Prepare the baking sheet. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking sheet and set aside.
- Prepare the flour mixture. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and salt to a bowl and mix to combine.
- Prepare the milk mixture. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, egg and vegetable oil.
- Add the flour mixture. Add in the flour mixture and mix to combine.
- Fold. Fold in either fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Bake. Bake the pancakes in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes (or until golden).
- Serve. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings and sides.
