Easy Blueberry Sheet Pan Pancakes

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 baking sheet and set side.
- In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- In another bowl combine the milk, heavy cream, egg and oil.
- Add in the flour mixture and mix to combine.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm.
