How to Make Homemade Blueberry Milk
You’ll first need to prepare a blueberry syrup mixture from scratch to combine with a glass of cold milk in order to make this yummy homemade blueberry milk:
- Begin preparing the blueberry syrup. Combine the honey and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir. Stir the mixture until the honey has dissolved.
- Add the blueberries. Add either fresh or frozen blueberries and bring to a boil.
- Simmer. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
- Finishing it off. Combine 1 cup of milk with ¼ cup of the blueberry syrup to make the blueberry milk.
- Serve. Serve the blueberry milk immediately.
