Homemade Blueberry Milk (yum!)

For the blueberry syrup: 


  1. To make the syrup, combine the honey and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat. 
  2. Stir until the honey has dissolved. 
  3. Add the blueberries and bring to boil. 
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  5. Strain the mixture through fine sieve. 
  6. To make the milk, combine 1 cup of milk and ¼ cup of blueberry syrup. 
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Refrigerate the remaining syrup until ready to use.
