Homemade Blueberry Milk (yum!)

For the blueberry syrup:
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 cup water
- To make the syrup, combine the honey and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the honey has dissolved.
- Add the blueberries and bring to boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through fine sieve.
- To make the milk, combine 1 cup of milk and ¼ cup of blueberry syrup.
- Serve immediately.
- Refrigerate the remaining syrup until ready to use.
