  1. Add the blueberries in a large jug. 
  2. Gently mash blueberries with the back of a wooden spoon. 
  3. Add the boiling water and dried hibiscus to the jug and stir to combine. 
  4. Steep for 20 minutes. 
  5. Strain the tea. 
  6. Sweeten to taste with your favorite sweetener. 
  7. Serve over ice with lime slices and extra fresh blueberries.
