White Chocolate Blueberry Cookies (try these!)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the flour and baking powder. 
  2. In another bowl, cream the butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar. 
  3. Add the blueberries and beat to combine. 
  4. Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined. 
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips. 
  6. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. 
  7. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
  8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  9. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet. 
  10. Bake for 9-11 minutes. 
  11. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving. 
  12. Store the cookies in a tightly sealed container for up to 5 days.
