White Chocolate Blueberry Cookies (try these!)

- 1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed and well drained
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- ⅔ cup white chocolate chips
- In a bowl combine the flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream the butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- Add the blueberries and beat to combine.
- Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
- Store the cookies in a tightly sealed container for up to 5 days.
