  1. Place the freeze dried blueberries in a coffee grinder and pulse until finely ground. Set aside. 
  2. To make the frosting, in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment beat the softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and lemon juice, scraping bowl occasionally, until smooth and creamy about 3-5 minutes. 
  3. Add the blueberry powder and mix to combine.
