How to Make 2-Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Make the dough. Mix peanut butter and mashed banana in a bowl until combined.

  2. Make the cookies. Roll the dough into one-inch balls, place on a baking sheet, and flatten with a glass.

  3. Bake. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden, then let cool completely.

Storing and Freezing Instructions

To Storing: These cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to three days. Make sure to keep them in a resealable container along with a slice of bread to keep them moist. You can also refrigerate them for up to a week for longer storage. 

To Freeze: Banana peanut butter cookies can also be frozen for up to three months. Just wrap them in some paper towel to keep them dry and put them in a zip lock bag. Remove as much air as possible and freeze.

Ingredients 

  • ¼ cup mashed ripe banana
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the mashed banana and peanut butter to a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Flatten the cookies with a flat-bottom-glass.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
