Why Are My Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos Falling Apart?

If you’re having trouble holding the bacon together, simply secure the ends of the bacon strips with a toothpick. This will help them keep their shape while they’re baking.

Once the bacon has crisped up and formed, simply remove the toothpicks before serving.

Why Are My Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos Soupy?

The cream cheese mixture should be soft and molten, not soupy. If you find that your cream cheese mixture has liquefied while baking, it could simply be the brand of your cream cheese that is causing it.

Try another brand of cream cheese or use chilled cream cheese instead.

Those who are following a ketogenic diet will be happy to note that these Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos are indeed keto-friendly. This is because the only carbs in this dish are from the jalapeno peppers themselves. The rest of the ingredients are high fat and low in protein, making it the perfect keto snack.
Can I Use Turkey Bacon Instead?
You can use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon for this recipe as a way to increase its protein content while decreasing its fat content. For those who are trying to lose weight, the lower-calorie version made with turkey bacon may be a better option.
How to Make Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos Less Spicy
Jalapenos hold most of their heat in their seeds and inner membranes. If you would like to make a less spicy version of this dish, you can simply remove the seeds and inner membranes of the jalapenos before stuffing them with the cream cheese mixture.
