It never ceases to amaze me how each and every time I go to the store, I always see some kind of brand new ‘detox’ or ‘weight loss’ product that promises the world. As I’m sure you can all probably guess, most of these products don’t last very long at all on store shelves once people begin to realize that they’re mostly just hype. One thing that I always seem to come back to though, is my apple cider vinegar water.

Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon Water
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 1 1x
- 1 ½ cup cold water
- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ice (optional)
- Place all the ingredients into a jar and stir.
- Consume this drink immediately.
