If you take a look at my pantry, you’ll see dozens upon dozens of herbs, spices and all sorts of ingredients stocked in there. I can be a bit of a hoarder because I make a wide range of recipes across different cuisines, so it pays to keep my pantry stocked with everything imaginable. Clutter aside, having a deep pantry has allowed me to experiment with practically every recipe I want to try and that’s actually how this apple cider vinegar green tea came about!

Metabolism-Boosting Apple Cider Vinegar Green Tea

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp loose green tea
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric powder, optional
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions 

  • Add the water and fresh mint leaves to a jar or a mug. 
  • Steep for 5 minutes. 
  • Add the green tea and turmeric and allow to steep for 3 minutes. 
  • Strain the tea. 
  • Add the raw honey and raw apple cider vinegar.
  • Stir to combine and serve.
