Easy Apple Cider Vinegar Gargle Recipe for Healthy Gums and Mouth

Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup warm water


  • Add all the ingredients to a jug and mix to combine. 
  • Take a tablespoon of the mixture and gargle with it, spitting it out.
  • Use several times a day.
