I loved warm water and salt on its own–don’t get me wrong–but I’m absolutely loving the addition of the apple cider vinegar.
It leaves me feeling fresh and clean without the harsh chemicals in my old mouthwash. It’s also great for gargling in the back of the throat and all around the mouth.
Easy Apple Cider Vinegar Gargle Recipe for Healthy Gums and Mouth
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup warm water
- Add all the ingredients to a jug and mix to combine.
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture and gargle with it, spitting it out.
- Use several times a day.
