Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt 
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jug and mix to combine. 
  2. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and gargle with it, spitting it out.
  3. Use several times a day.
