  1. Melt the butter and peanut butter. Microwave until smooth.

  2. Combine the ingredients. Stir in powdered sugar.

  3. Pour and chill. Pour mixture into a pan. Chill in the fridge, then slice and serve.

Make Ahead and Freezing Instructions

To Make Ahead: Prepare the fudge ahead of time and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. 

To Freeze: Freeze the individual servings of fudge in plastic wrap in the freezer for up to 2 months.

This easy 3-ingredient peanut butter fudge is addictive, satisfying and can be made in the microwave! Here's how.

Cook Time: 4 minutes
Total Time: 14 minutes
Servings: 16

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pound powdered sugar

Instructions 

  • Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Set aside.
  • Add the butter and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave on medium in 45 seconds intervals stirring between each interval, until melted.
  • Add the powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth with spatula.
  • Refrigerate for minimum 6 hours.

Notes

You can use a combination of unsalted butter and salted butter if you prefer a saltier fudge.
